DTL large-scale desulphurization pump is a new generation of high efficiency and energy saving product developed by our company according to the characteristics of transporting medium used in flue gas desulphurization system (FGD) of thermal power plant, absorbing the technical advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It is mainly used for circulating conveying of limestone, lime and gypsum slurry in FGD system of thermal power plant, and also for conveying slag slurry containing corrosive solid particles in metallurgical, mining, coal, building materials, chemical and other industrial sectors.

Chloride ion (Cl-) concentration: ≤ 60000ppm
Weight concentration: ≤ 60%
Medium temperature: ≤ 120 ℃
Maximum solid particle size: ≤ 150mm

(K/J) -- K for the coated lining, J for the rubber lining, and no parentheses to indicate that the overcurrent component is all metal

J - represents the change of rated pump speed
A - represents the first change in the outside diameter of the impeller, A, B, C... So on
Structure description:
The pump is horizontal, single stage, single suction, cantilever type centrifugal pump, pump body adopts rear door type structure. The pump is connected to the motor or speed regulating mechanism by extended diaphragm flexible coupling. The rotor parts can be removed for maintenance without disassembly of the inlet and outlet pipelines.
The bearing body part adopts bracket structure, the pump end adopts double row tapered roller bearing and the drive end adopts two discs cylindrical roller bearing, lubricated with thin oil.
The shaft seal adopts the assembled mechanical seal.
Direction of rotation:
Seen from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise. Also according to the user site pipe installation needs, change the direction of rotation of the pump.
Technical Features:
1) The pump has reliable performance and high efficiency by adopting foreign excellent hydraulic models and advanced computer simulation and analysis technology (Solidworks, ANSY, Flowworks and other software platforms).
2) The material selection of the pump flow components is reasonable and advanced, with a long service life. Three configurations, namely, all metal, shell lining rubber, and spraying Kd.L-201, are taken into account, so as to meet the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant requirements of slurry transportation under different working conditions of media.
3) Absorb the advantages of large desulfurization pump structure at home and abroad, with advanced structure, simple, convenient maintenance and reliable operation.
4) The bearing body adopts the cylinder structure. The position of the impeller in the pump cavity is changed by adjusting the bearing parts, so that the pump group is always in efficient operation state.
5) The shaft seal adopts the centralized mechanical seal specially designed for desulfurization process, which is easy to install and maintain, and there is no need for external cleaning industrial washing water.

Note: KD.L-201 is a new type of anticorrosive and wear-resistant spray material developed by CFC Key Laboratory, School of Aerospace and Material Engineering, National University of Defense Technology. Its main performance indexes are as follows:

Gel time: 10 seconds Adhesion: 11MPa
Tensile strength: 16MPa Wear resistance (Akron) : ≤ 50mg
Elongation at break: 300% flash point: >140 ℃
