The 30m cross-layer crane in the assembly workshop has three layers. The maximum load crane is 75T, and the deepest assembly hole is 15m, which can adapt to the assembly of pumps of different sizes and shapes.

There are 5 test stands in the water pump station. The test tank has a maximum depth of 12m and a total volume of 10000 m3, which can meet the water pump test requirements of the maximum flow rate of 34 m3/s and the maximum auxiliary motor power of 9300 KW, can realize the test of frequency conversion with the maximum power of 5000 KW, and can meet the test requirements of motors with various voltages (such as 220V, 380V, 3kV, 6kV, 6.6kV, 10kV and 11kV) at home and abroad. This is one of the largest water pump test centers in China.
